El paquete semanal Comes to New York

How do you translate the jam-packed, dizzying diversity of el paquete—Cuba’s do-it-yourself, hand-to-hand version of the Internet’s information flow—into a museum exhibition? Artists Julia Weist and Nestor Siré—himself a monthly paquete contributor—spent two years answering that question. The results are now on view in Queens.
